This app allows you to pay for your mobile carrier services, internet services, and home utilities, top up your travel cards, accounts in online games and social networks, make transfers to bank cards or a Wallet on Yandex, and to pay loans and fines. 

You can pay with a bank card (Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro) or from your Yandex.Money Wallet.

The app works on smartphones and tablets. To pay, you only need a mobile internet.

— adding money to in-game accounts (Steam, World of Tanks), social network accounts (VK.com, ok.ru), and service accounts (Skype, Mamba.ru)

— paying for the internet service: Netbynet, Rostelekom, 2KOM, dom.ru, InterZet, Akado, SkyNey, and others

— paying for house utilities, hosting, TV, tickets, or paying any bill

— adding money to travel card, contactless smart card, or transponder balance

— repaying loans and credits, pay GIBDD traffic fines

— from a Wallet on Yandex.

Make payments while staying in a traffic jam, in the metro, at home, or on the go—anywhere if you are online.

You don’t need a registration. Most of the payments are processed immediately.

Wallet

Having a Yandex.Money Wallet allows you to do the following:

— save bank card details and pay in one tap 

— setup autopayments: for your phone, internet, etc.

— track history of your payments and deposits

— activate Yandex.Money bank card

— add payments to your Favorites if you want them to be at hand (for instance, adding money to your travel card)

— add money to your Wallet from a bank card or find the nearest location for adding without commission

— add money to your Yandex.Money account from a card or find the nearest location for adding

— check with your balance.

If you do not have a Wallet, you can start one right from the app.

Contactless Payment with Phones via HCE

You can pay with your phone at offline stores even if you left your wallet with bank cards and cash at home. Money will be debited from your Wallet on Yandex. For more information view ‘Contactless Payments’ section from the main menu.

Important: the section ‘Contactless Payments’ is only viewed in our app for NFC-enabled devices that provide HCE (Host Card Emulation) payments.

Paying by QR Code

Scan a QR code on a bill to pay in one tap: the app will determine the recipient, amount, and other payment details.

The button ‘Pay by a QR code’ is in the main menu.

Most of the operations are commission free. For example, adding money to ‘Troyka’ card or paying home utilities. If a commission is applied to a payment, you will see the exact amount you are charged before pressing ‘Pay’.

The app is secured with an access code that you create. Even if your phone falls into the wrong hands, your money will remain secure.

Payments with a bank card are protected according to the international standard PCI DSS, which is a set of requirements for online operations developed by Visa and MasterCard.

The important payments from your Yandex.Money Wallet are secured by one-time passwords: you can activate and manage them on our site’s full version.
